What is your viewpoint on water? is it best from the tap.. or in a bottle?
is there really a difference? is well water better than city water? How does it compare to the bottled stuff? Isnt water just water after all?
What do you think?

Natural spring water is unbeatable in my opinion, well water and city water just don't cut it. I'm not a big water drinker anyway but when I do I like spring water.

Oh, there's a difference. I drink bottled spring water because one, my tap water is unpalatable, and two, it's always the same.

People who drink bottled water crack me up.
Except for cases like Storm's, where the city water just plain tastes bad, city water is usually safer.

The biggest gut roll I get is people that walk down the street drinking Evian and don't even realize the joke that's being made of them by the bottler.
Ever look at that name and spell it backwards?
Naive.
How cute, eh?

Ive moved around a lil bit and I think that tap water has a flavor/aftertaste.. something. Its not localized to mainland, eastcoast, midwest or even hawaii. It all tastes funny. However, if you put it in a pitcher and then the refrigerator... then its OK.
Bottled water ? The concept drives me batty. Its Ok for an on-the-go time... but to buy it all the time by the case? Why pay for water when you already get it from within your own home? I think it cost me $30 for a small filter thingy that I put on my kitchen spigot.
I dont get the concept....( Tap water) its OK to bathe and brush your teeth with.. but Nooo not to drink? Do you make Kool Aid with the tap.. or do you open a few bottles? How about lemonade/iced tea? Most people use the tap for flavored drinks.. but not to drink by itsself.
Speak up people.... someone is bound to have a different opinion than mine....

I don't much agree with buying water myself, as I stated, I don't drink water that much either way. We do however buy water to make tea and other stuff with because the assholes in our town don't know how to regulate chlorine levels, making it just shitty to drink. I don't care how much you filter it.

depends on where you live hon. In virginia the taste was good enough and the chemicals weren't over powering. In PA there was no chlorine for flouride but again depending on where you got it the taste was bad. In Texas...sugarville...horrible hard chemical waters that mark up even appliances so I sure don't wanna drink it....in Stafford not as bad but still not great. I don't buy bottled, but if I make iced tea it is boiled and the chemicals are gone. If I make any other "cold" drink I use the filter in my fridge for the water and the ice.

ok, first thing is, any one remember back in the day, when people could drink water from any place in the house, hell even the garden hose was safe, now your lucky to see a kid drink water at all...
second this hole city water vs bottled, what if you have a well, is that not like a unnatural "spring"?
I will buy a case of water 24 bottls when there on sale, for the bottles, so i can fill em up and keep em and reuse them(I ride bikes a lot!) but i think water from any where is drinkable,
kinda falls under my blanket trem "Pussifacation of America.

We have the Britia (something like that) water jug where you put the tap water in and good clean water comes out without the Chlorine and other chemicals. It does taste much different than tap. Better flavor without the chemical taste. It's much cheaper than bottled water.

We have well water. We do not drink it. We use bottled water for coffee, kool aid, and iced tea. It costs more but is definitely worth it. Even with Brita the water is still nasty.

I filter my water because without the filter it tastes like water logged dead bodies.
Water is my drink of choice...i honestly drink more than the recommended 8 glasses a day.
I can't function without knowing i have a glass of ice water near by...it really sucks when I'm visiting other peoples house's. I don't know anyone that drinks as much water as i do so i always get offered juice or coke or something lame like that but by the end of the day i feel like my soul has dried up. haha
So yeah..water is my favorite except bottled water...to me it tastes unnaturally smooth..like it's molesting my throat on the way down so i try to stay away from it if i can.

My house in Florida has an artesian well.
That's some of the best tasting water I've ever drank. Has sort of a sweet taste to it.
Zephyrhills isn't that far south from there. (That's a brand of bottled water)
