this thread reminds me about a time I went hiking in the woods.


I can`t remember exactly how old I was,old enough to play in the yard unattended for periods of time..but fast enough to scoot out of sight.


my neighbors dog came over to play with my dog,and they decided to run into the forest(which means into the hills)..being the curious boy I was..I followed.


to make a long story short...I was lost..following two dogs...a thunderstorm was brewing..i could hear it coming in the distance..a little louder everytime it rolled.


I was scared..I started to cry.


As the thunder continued to roll,and the dogs still frolicked through the woods..I heard a voice in the distance,yelling my name.It was my mother,who drove the truck into a nearby field,frantically looking for me.Also,my older sister was walking through the forest looking for me.


We all got me home safe...and I am glad,because it rained like a motherfucker.
