Each year this group flies into the local airport for a weekend at the museum there. I didn't get a chance to go up today because they close at 5pm.

But here are some shots of the same craft I took this time last year. The B-17 and the B-24 will cost you $425 for a ride. The P-51 is $2200 for a 1/2 hour, $3200 for an hour.

Hey, it's a non-profit organization, so you can write it off on your taxes as a charity contribution.

I might stop up this weekend. There are usually several local WWII vets hanging out in their uniforms reliving some old times.

Cool bunch of dudes they are,..will talk your ear off if you let em.

you know is was the most deadly seat in the plan, if there was any problem with the hydraulics and the landing gear couldnt go down you were fucked if you couldnt get out.
