Now some Roto-zip action to cut out the peak.

And then OK,..enough for today,..let's eat.

Dinner will consist of sausage and provolone cheese stuffed peppers on the grill,..and spicy sausage links.

Add some baked beans and parmesian mushrooms,..a cold beer,...and you're good to go.

I got a headache from coding.

When we moved in 15 years ago, I planted to Crepe Myrtles iln front of the house. They had come up as seedlings from a Natchez Crepe Myrtle that I had at my previous house. I assumed that they would be like the parent one. I assumed wrong.

Ever since I recognized the odd growth patterns they had, I've considered removing and replacing them. I shoulda done it a few years back. It's hell now, and this heat ain't helping. The new ones will be here this week, so they're got to go. I've been chopping at them off and on today.....Cool down breaks in between near heart attacks.

That picture was taken in March right after I had cut about 12 feet out of the top of it. It's already grown back about 10 feet or so. There's a 2nd one to the right, behind the pines. It's from the same tree's seed, but it's actually a good size and growth pattern. But I'd never match it, so it's gotta go too. But this one is the bitch.

I fought with my profile till it was passable as decent. Then I quit.

I then jumped on a problem reading a certain font..or at least at present, I think it's a problem reading a font.

Tackling it was harder than changing the rotational speed of the Earth, however.

After fighting with it and losing, I decided (with a little help from my friend) to do a system restore.

After that lengthy wait, I fired up FireFox with great anticipation...only to have my dreams crushed under my computers foot.

I have decided to say the hell with it for now and go eat dinner.
