The other four where with me here with her as she posted, but, as she said, this was the first time she did it all on her own.

We met some friends down by the river.. a favorite crab shack where they have excellent crab cakes, buffalo wings - you know the kind of place. Good to just chill along the river. Boo had the crab cakes, and I had buffalo shrimp - then we had some hot wings as well!

There's a place like that that I loved in Putnam County.

Beautiful and some of the best seafood I've ever had.
Just something relaxing about eating a critter near it former habitat..

I don't care for fish, Canis, but Boo eats Tilapia.

I think Tilapia became somewhat popular when the Sea Bass was being fished out of existence.. the industry looked for another fish it could make popular, and settled on Tilapia. She actually enjoys it.. especially grilled in tinfoil with some lemon juice - I think she seasons it with something else, not sure.

Probably the best seafood I ever ate was Chilean Sea Bass on the Disney Cruise Line. It was really good - but as good as it was, I'da thrown it in the garbage for a nice filet mignon
