Honey, as much as I love ya, I distrust this type of info equally as much.
Apparently, two years ago, terrorists took two stray dogs from the streets of Baghdad.
The dogs were crudely cut open and bombs and detonators were stuffed inside of their bodies. Apparently, the intent was for the dogs to blow up, mid-flight, as the plane flew from Baghdad to Los Angeles, CA.
The "apparently" bit screams bull shit to me...
the two years ago part beg the question....
WTF?
Why didn't this info come out then?

Yeah it's sick as hell.
They've used human bodies as bombs before....at lest according to movies I've watched..
:angel:
I'm not saying the story isn't true or that could never have happened..I just question the timing is all.
Anyone who would mistreat an animal like that should...I know..
cut them open and plant a bomb in them. Wake them up..show them the xray of the bomb..and send them on their way with a smile and a pat on the back...in a secluded area of course. Don't want any innocent Al quida members getting blown up as well....

The Navy has tried to teach Dolphins to carry bombs on their backs to blow up enemy ships. That's a great idea too.:xd:

Does the Navy train its dolphins for offensive warfare, including attacks on ships and human swimmers or divers?
No. The Navy does not now train, nor has it ever trained, its marine mammals to harm or injure humans in any fashion or to carry weapons to destroy ships. A popular movie in 1973 ("The Day of the Dolphin") and a number of charges and claims by animal rights organizations have resulted in theories and sometimes actual beliefs that Navy dolphins are assigned attack missions. This is absolutely false. Since dolphins cannot discern the difference between enemy and friendly vessels, or enemy and friendly divers and swimmers, it would not be wise to give that kind of decision authority to an animal. The animals are trained to detect, locate, and mark all mines or all swimmers in an area of interest or concern, and are not trained to distinguish between what we would refer to as good or bad. That decision is always left to humans.

I believe the word 'Apparently' is applied as a disclaimer.
Here is an example:
Apparently they had originally planned using camels but for a few technical impediments. Firstly they couldn’t agree to which type of camel should be employed. Some argued that the Bactrian was capable of transporting far more high explosive than its counterpart, the Dromedary, and could therefore inflict a greater amount of damage, whilst others argued that the Dromedary was far the more subtle approach and less conspicuous than a dubiously over-Bin-Laden Bactrian. The final decision was settled by the tossing of a coin of the British realm and as heads was called yet another unsuspecting hostage was to forfeit theirs. This is how the Dromedary became their ultimate preference until someone pointed out that a camel should either be led or driven and as heaven was clean out of virgins no one wanted to volunteer to undertake the assignment. Once again a squabble ensued and in an attempt to justify individual cowardices it was reasonably demonstrated that the Camel was in, effect, too large an animal for the fiendish enterprise. This was indeed a conundrum of the greatest magnitude for Mr Laden who is reputed to have stated the following;
‘Evidently, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a madman to enter into the kingdom of God!’ :squigglemouth:
