Actually, I've watched a few episodes of Ozzy and Harriet recently on ION TV. I had not seen the show since it went off the air in 1966.
I knew that all the others were already dead and didn't know that David was still alive until I saw his death announcement this morning.
It's hard to believe that he was 74.
Ozzy died in 1975. (Liver cancer)
Ricky died in 1985. (Plane crash)
Harriet died in 1994. (Congestive heart failure and emphysema)

Well, they were all before my time.. just barely, but I still remember seeing reruns as well as reruns of George and Allen. In fact, I always remembered the "Say Goodnight, Gracie" line.
A long, long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Boo and I were in her driveway after a fight. I was kinda pissed off and simpy said to her "Say Goodnight, Gracie". Well, she never heard that expression before and didn't know the show. She got PISSED and demanded I tell her who "Gracie" was. She was in tears by now and I am laughing hysterical until I had a chance to explain

I remember watching those shows after school everyday for the longest time , That and " Leave it to Beaver " And " My Three Sons " the good old days so to speak where the show had life lessons and moral values intertwined with humor .

You are correct Cruzr. Funny how things manifest themselves like that.
You were probably what??...in your 40's when that show aired?

" Leave it to Beaver " And " My Three Sons "
I remember those too. My all time favorite was Amos and Andy...talk about a hilarious show. It probably wouldn't be politically correct these days.

We don't have many shows now that have these traits.
