A 36 year-old Brazilian woman has apparently won a court battle to be allowed to masturbate to porn for 15 minutes every 2 hours!
Ana Catarina Silvares Bezerra is an accountant analyst in Vila Velha, Espírito Santo, Brazil. She’s divorced, and a mother of three.
A condition called ‘compulsion orgasmic’ causes a chemical imbalance in her cerebral cortex which triggers hyper-sexuality, or an unavoidable need to achieve an orgasm.
These powerful urges are so severe, that not being able to relieving them causes Ana Catarina severe levels of stress, headaches and dizziness.
Dr. Carlos Howert Jr., a specialist in Sexual Neurology who treated Ana Caterina said she’s the only Brazilian woman diagnosed with that disorder “there’s probably many other women suffering the same disorder, but it’s difficult to tackle”
Ana Catarina fought a two year battle that ended earlier this month, when the Ministry of Labor granted her the right to masturbate for 15 minutes every 2 hours.
Justice Antonio Jurenski Garcia, the Vila Velha judge in charge of the case also allowed Ana Caterina to use the company’s computer and internet access to look for material that can speed up the process, and allows her to resume her job functions as soon as possible.
Ana Caterina is currently in treatment, and takes medication that has helped inhibit her urges from 47 a day, to a mere 18.
