I ran across this contraption this morning and thought we needed a thread for things like this.Apparently somebody thought it would be a good idea to have a roll up pan,I kinda dig it myself.

Vuzix (http://www.vuzix.com/) continue to expand their personal video wear lineup with the new Wrap 920AV (http://www.vuzix.com/iwear/products_wrap920av.html). They’re semi-transparent (i.e. they act like conventional sunglasses) so you can wear them as you stumble walk around in the real world.
Vuzix are selling them as “Augmented reality” devices.

Kind of a waste isn't it? I'd rather just get the damn book from the bookstore.

The Kindle can hold something like 300 books, and the download price hovers around $10 for new releases, rather than a hardback price. You can also subscribe to various newspapers and have them downloaded every morning. Convenient for travellers and people who want to cut down on all the clutter of a shitload of books.

I guess it would be worth it for people that buy hard backs,I never do though. The traveling aspect of it is a good quality though.
