Release the hounds! Actually, make that mosquitoes. , co-founder of Microsoft and one of the world's wealthiest people, made headlines this week when he released a cloud of mosquito's at a technology conference. The philanthropist was pointing out the dangers of malaria for the world's poor. "Malaria is spread by mosquitoes. I brought some here," he said. "There is no reason only poor people should be infected." Fortunately for the terrified attendees, the mosquitoes were malaria-free. 'Twas all a rouse. Bill Gates 1, Terrified Minions 0.

This is coming from the same guy who has outsourced a good chunk of his company to India which, in turn, has produced the wonderful crap known as Vista. They also just announced their first round of layoffs in the amount of 5,000 jobs for the first year and tacked on a "salary freeze" for good measure.

Perhaps it's time to stop worrying about mosquitoes.

His point? That not only poor people should die from malaria.

he is a twisted fuck. You have any idea how much it took from EMS to calm and treat these people? How much lab work? ER overcrowding, not to mention deviating other REAL emergencies to other hospitals? What did he accomplish? He effectivly overworked medical people, and law enforcement. How about pre-existing conditions? How many victims wound up more than scared?

Why wasnt this man brought up on charges? he wants to know that poor people arent the only ones? Why dont he go live in the ghetto? Fuck him.
