Back in good ole Illinois we just had a bunch of freezing rain. The roads were thick with ice. The temp ranged between -20 to 15 degrees. Woke this morning and it is 60 degrees thunder storming and all the ice and snow are gone. High for today is 74.Such strange weather change for this time of year.

Freezing rain and some snow a few days back. Ice finally melted away completely today! 65 degrees here....aeyo!

Several inches of snow and ice has melted in the past two days after warm temperature and heavy rains caused mass melting. Most of the small creeks are now very large creeks with a lot of flooding from the very cold water.

Pretty nice today. Around 40degrees F and clear. The weather channel keeps showing one storm after another rolling in on the northwest United States. I would think this will affect most of the nation next week.

Dec 22nd we left Wisconsin it was -2. Our next flight with a layover was outta Minneapolis, it was-7. We arrived in Hawaii ( same day) it was 75 degrees.

Yup, that was us , in Honolulu airport with parkas, boots and mittens!

The weather is the same everyday for what they call "winter" here. 70-80 sometimes it rains.

My mother has a private well..and one year her pipes froze so bad,they had to build a fire in the backyard to try and warm the ground...

As Melkaye said earlier, hit -11 or colder overnight in Ohio, killed my battery(or rather I killed my battery trying to start it this morning) Missed work, been sitting around trying to figure out if I should get it fully charged or just jump it and hope for the best.
